1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vcreate website (vcreateofficial.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Vcreate provides web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, admin dashboards, landing pages, website maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required before project work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed project, before final handover.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, Razorpay, or Bank Transfer.
  • All prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary based on project complexity and requirements.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a project is cancelled before any work has been delivered, a partial refund of the advance may be issued at our discretion.

4. Project Process

  • Upon receiving your enquiry, we will discuss your requirements and provide a clear proposal including timeline, pricing, and wireframe.
  • You approve the proposal before any work begins.
  • We will share progress updates and seek your feedback at key milestones.
  • Final delivery includes deployment, hosting setup, and a handover walkthrough.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
  • Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide accurate business information for forms, SEO, and legal compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the website design and code built specifically for your project will be transferred to you.
  • Vcreate retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

7. Revisions & Changes

  • Minor revisions during the development process are included in the project scope.
  • Significant changes to scope, design direction, or functionality after approval may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments.
  • Post-delivery changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

8. Website Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance (updates, security patches, content changes) is available as a separate service. Details and pricing are listed on our website under the maintenance plan section.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vcreate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, payment for all work completed up to that point will be due.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
