01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vcreate website (vcreateofficial.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.

02. Services

Vcreate provides web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, admin dashboards, landing pages, website maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

03. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required before project work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed project.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, Razorpay, or Bank Transfer.
  • All prices listed are indicative and may vary based on project complexity.

04. Project Process

  • Proposal involves timeline, pricing, and wireframe for approval.
  • Progress updates and feedback cycles at key milestones.
  • Final delivery includes deployment and hosting setup.

05. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
  • Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide accurate business information for legal compliance.

06. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the website design and code built specifically for your project will be transferred to you.
  • Vcreate retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
  • Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.

07. Revisions & Changes

  • Minor revisions during development are included in the scope.
  • Significant scope changes after approval may incur additional charges.
  • Post-delivery changes will be quoted separately.

08. Limitation of Liability

Vcreate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you.

09. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
